Your charter vessel is the "Sea Wolf" a 22' Jet boat that is equipped with a heated fully enclosed cabin.

The "Sea Wolf" will provide all saltwater tackle, bait, fish cleaning, coffee, soft drinks and snacks. You should bring sunglasses, camera, lots of film, warm clothing, and rubber boots for any shore excursions.

Whale Watching

'The surrounding area of Petersburg holds many opportunities to view humpback whales, orcas, dall porpoise, harbor porpoise, harbor seals, and sea lions.

Stikine River

See firsthand the fastest flowing navigable river in the United States. Rich in history and Indian lore, this major river valley is abundant with wildlife such as moose, brown bear, black bear, mountain goat, eagles, seals beaver, otter, and a myriad of waterfowl and shorebirds.

LeConte Glacier

LeConte is the southern most tide water glacier in North America. It is very active and calves daily, providing many opportunities for photography and getting close to large ice bergs. The area is abundant with mountain goats and seals.

Guided Wildlife Viewing

Let a Registered Guide take you on an adventure and show you close-up wildlife such as black bears, moose, and mountain goat.

Sport Fishing

Fish saltwater for the bright and beautiful King salmon or the mighty Pacific halibut. Guided freshwater fishing for Silvers, Pinks, Reds, Spring Steelhead, Cutthroat and Dolly Varden.


General information

Your captain Scott Newman was born and raised in Petersburg and has spent his whole life exploring Southeast Alaska. He is a Registered Guide/Outfitter with the State of Alaska and holds a 100 ton Masters Coast Guard license. He is a true professional and an avid outdoorsman.

Your choice of full or half day trips All trips two person minimum.

All activities are conducted on Tongass National Forest land.
