From the untamed arctic wilderness, rare berries freshened by the autumn mists are picked for Lapponia liqueurs. Lapponia captures the pure, natural taste of arctic berries. Lapponia liqueurs are easy to serve and enjoy just as they are. They also give an exciting taste to mixed drinks.


Cloudberry
Rubus chamaemorus

The taste of cloudberry is exquisite, dynamic and pure in the liqueur. Cloudberries, rich in vitamins and minerals, grow only in the moors and marshlands of Northern hemisphere.


CLOUDBERRY
A strong, rich liqueur. Excellent straight, with dessert, or mixed in a cocktail.
Alcohol 21% vol.
Sugar 335 g/l
Total acidity 2.2 g/l

This most rare and treasured wild berry is found only in the woodlands of the far north. The taste of this berry is full and smooth in liqueur.


ARCTIC BLUEBERRY
A rare liqueur from a rare berry. It has the fragrance of the forest; its taste is smooth and sweet. At its best alone or with coffee or tea.
Alcohol 21% vol.
Sugar 400 g/l
Total acidity 3.5 g/l


Lingonberry
Vaccinum vitis-idaea

This well-known wild berry of mixed forests also grows elsewhere than in Scandinavia. The pleasant tanginess of the lingonberry gives a refreshing taste to the liqueur.
